I ordered french fries through the drive-thru. Was greeted with a scowl (didn't feel like being at work?) Then, she proceeded to leave me at the window for 20 minutes. For an order of fries?! No wonder I never see anyone at this restaurant! I came very close to driving away without my order (which, by the way, was warm NOT hot). Sad that your advertising is almost tantalizing. Drive thru is way too slow. I felt as if daily work grind was more important than the customer waiting for some acknowledgement. First at the menu, waited, like 2 minutes only to be asked to "please wait". Not a hello or good morning. Then drive up to the closed window, and wait some more. Clearly the person standing on the other side of the window was doing something more important then simply acknowledging the customer. I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito, but I was given a basic egg and cheese burrito. ABSOLUTELY NO BACON IN THE BACON BURRITO. The heavy smell of MARIJUANA emanating from the drive thru window most likely played a part in this egregious error. Get your stuff together people!!!!! Farmer Boys in south whittier cashier by the name Lucila has no customer service very rude likes to argue with customers over how many ranch dressing you can have with your Cobb salad. I did spend $50.47 went out with my family to have dinner. Big salad dressing containers are small for the big salad. Also the outside of the entrance is very dirty looks like old oil spill.
