At first, I would have given five stars. The food was awesome and the service was great. Then the owner stopped coming in to watch over the place, waitresses couldn't speak the language or understand the order, they stood on their phone instead of making sure we didn't need any drink refills or had an issue with the food. They brought their children in to babysit as they were waiting on tables. The waitresses spent more time on the phone and with their children than they did with the customers. They also started charging extra for extra salsa and chips, and the funny thing was that it was cheaper to buy one or the other than to buy both together. The last straw was when they started charging 3% additional for credit card payments. Beware of the new restaurant in Battle Creek. I'm wondering if it's just a front for something since they just closed the doors and walked away from the restaurant here in Charlotte to open the one in Battle Creek. Atmosphere: 4
