The food was amazing, the quality of the produce was great! We triede a lot of different food and found nothing was wrong with anything. The cod was amazing, the Halibut was great, the mussels just seemed to never end. The servers were really pleasant and nice to have around. I had to put 3 stars for the service, except one girl all the others overlooked at you and generally they were impolite. It’s a same for such a restaurant to be ruined it’s reputation because of the employees….!!! The fish soup was excellent and the fish marinated in soy and yuzu with bok choy was one of the best fish dishes I‘ve had in my life. The fish was succulent, tender, perfectly seasoned and overall perfection. The service was outstanding, our (Dutch) waiter was very friendly and attentive and we felt very comfortable in this restaurant, which is right by the water and offers amazing views. The food was delicious. Lovely table at the window with such a nice view. Friendly and young staff. Just a piece of advice: try to avoid to seat a couple so close to a group of people that can be noisy and loud at some point. Especially if there are other free table for two. The mussels were delicious (I wanted a cup of the coconut broth.) The arctic char/salmon tartare was perfectly seasoned and very fresh. The fish soup was by far my favorite fish soup. Good food and enjoyable place for relaxing!!! We went there at late March on a heavily snowing day, all the courses were just above standard, especially the coffee pudding at last, we did ordered another pudding before we left with no regard. Amazing food and service in the Lofoten Islands—definitely come if you are in Henningsvær. We arrived around 6:30 pm without a reservation and were able to get a table. Wonderful tastes, textures, and presentation, the bread was delicious. We ordered the fish soup, mussels (sauce was tasty with the hint of curry), lamb, halibut, cod (burnt cauliflowers were great!), and chocolate mousse for dessert. Favorite had to have been the halibut, but still, everything was fresh and enjoyable at a great price. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Incredible restaurant with kind, attentive and accommodating service. We went for lunch and everything was perfect. The chef was extremely accommodating to a vegan/vegetarian/gluten free diet! I had the vegetarian soup with a vegan beet burger (both gluten free) and my partner had the seafood stew and halibut. The seasoning was on-point, the hazelnut sauce and burger sauce were extra special and flavorful. I highly recommend you stop by this place if you are in the area!! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

Highly Recommend. We had the Fish soup and it was rich and creamy with lots of vegetables and chunks of fresh cod. We also tried the starter Cod Cheeks and it was tasty with the fried capers.
