This is the third time and probably the last time walk into this store when a rude employee stops me and asks if I had put something in my pocket or backpack. This has happened to many other younger people that I know just try to buy snacks or candy. Fred Meyers should encourage employees to be kinder to their consumers.
Every time I walk in my local Fred Meyer this very rude employee asks me to check my pockets like if I were to be stealing something. The employees are very rude to younger customers like me and always accuse us of stealing merchandise. Fred Meyer me better to younger customers.

The only thing good about Fred Meyer in Redmond is the pharmacy. The shopping area is a train wreck . I will go where prices aret Lower and and products are not. Cutting works hours to keep profit margin high which hurts workers and shoppers. People with mobility problems can not get to items that are needed and there will be more seniors going to other stores that there budget is not abused. The merger will only benefit share holders if merger is allowed. The store layout is ridicules and at times dangerous. y

Great place to shop 👌 I like the way the storage setup now as of the twenty twenty three remodel. The manager of the store is an awesome guy and is assistant manager also.... Employees you're very pleasant and helpful.

Wife went in to get a sandwich. Sandwich doesn’t come with condiments so she needed assistance. It t took quite a while to get a person to come. When she got to the self checkout she had some difficulty and was accused of theft. She had to wait while they reviewed a video multiple times to make sure she wasn’t a thief. It took a half hour to get an overpriced sandwich.Don’t shop here and if you do make very sure to go to a checker.

The cashier was fantastic, kind, friendly, and helpful; everything that the manager was not. Whilst checking out, the manager pushed past me to get to the checkstand behind me, grabbed a piece of clothing left in that checkstand, and shouted past my left ear at every checker working to ask if this article was theirs. While they were all stacked with customers. Two days before Christmas. Causing my ear to ring. No apologies. Just rude and demonstrative behavior that should never be exhibited in a place of business. If you have a problem with your employees, resolve it quickly, quietly, and individually. The whole store doesn't have to know someone left their jacket at a register. And my ear wouldn't be ringing this morning still if that manager had acted with even a modicum of professionalism. Your employees are terrified of your manager. I could see it in their eyes. Remember that you are in the business of customer service, and I have choices where I shop for groceries and services you "provide." The net result? My checker (who did an awesome job under very frustrating circumstances) missed some of my groceries on the line, I had to be rung up twice, my ear is still ringing today, and I am considering shopping elsewhere than the place my grandmother took me as a child. Do better by your employees and your brand. Unacceptable.
This Fred Meyer used to be awesome and I loved the way my favorite foods were organized but upon recent visits, they rearranged the whole entire store, literally ever item, in the most convoluted and confusing way possible. Upon entering I was struck by the heavy chemical smell of pvc glue, later finding that they have active construction during the day using toxic materials like pvc glue in unventilated areas, outgassing straight into the meat display.

Customer service, especially later in the evening is terrible. Absolutely terrible. The guys who bring in the carts have way better attitudes and interactions. Not much different from most places these days but still sad.

I always get my gas at Fred Meyer! I also buy groceries and other non food items! Love it. And easy to get to from my Home!
The workers in the Meat department are always so AMAZING and hardworking!! The case looked beautiful this morning too! They go above and beyond for their customers and the establishment! The Bakery was so sweet too! Everything looked fresh and stunning! They were really nice and gave my daughters cookie samples which helped keep them occupied while I shopped and checked out! Kuddos to the meat department and bakery!
