My husband and I come here a few times a month for dinner. We had just a terrible experience and will never be back. The hostess sat us at a table and the waitress never came. My husband went up to the bar to find someone to help us. The waitress was pleasant, but made a poor excuse why she was detained. We both ordered the Filet Medallions. Both of our meals were under cooked, my husband ordered well done and mine was suppose to be medium rare. My husband received medium rare and mine was so rare it was bleeding on the plate. I took a few bites and had enough, my husband split his with me. The waitress came and picked up the plates and my husband told her we wanted to see the Manager. The manager came and was a nervous wreck, he explained he could not take the meal off of the check since the plates were gone and we did not complain to the waitress beforehand. (The waitress was non existent during our meal and she took our plates when my husbands plate was empty, but also took mine). The waitress tried shoving free desserts in our face and we told her we are not dessert eaters. The manager gave us both our drinks for free...big deal. We will find another steakhouse elsewhere, the customer service was poor. Really disappointed and won’t ever be back. Area is very sketchy now. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great local steakhouse. Steaks are the feature, and they don't disappoint. The sauteed lake perch may be the best in the region. The pork chops are often overlooked and are excellent. One of the top 3 burgers in NWI and at a very reasonable price point. Always great service. One of the last spots in the area for the old school steakhouse/supper club vibe. Always enjoyable.
