Really great food and prices were excellent. The flavour to the ramen was delicious. Packed full of flavour. And I like the choices of extra you can put add. Service was spot on. All the staff were very friendly. Will be back soon to enjoy other dishes. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Michigan's Best Japanese Raman! Whenever I travel, I go to a local Raman restaurant. I've been to Ginzaraman here many times and have tried various ramen dishes, but I've never been disappointed. Everything was perfect with the signature ramen from Ginzaraman that I challenged today. The best part in particular was the indescribable deep soup and the firmness of the noodles that did not change over time. It was a happy day to have a traditional Japanese Raman restaurant where I lived. I recommend you to try it!!!! I have so many questions, why are the mushrooms sweet? Why is the broth so salty? How do you get the tofu to such an egg like consistency? Do people typically pay 20 dollars for a ramen? Mind you I loved every bite of this and the fact it comes in reusable instead of one use is awesome!! I door dashed this to work so I cannot speak on the atmosphere however when I called to ask about options for a vegan the person that I spoke with was very friendly, patient and thorough. I lived in Japan for three years and have been back in the states for over 10 years and this is by far the closest and best and most authentic Japanese food I have tasted anywhere in the states. The atmosphere is great. The service is great the food is outstanding, I have eaten there several times already, and will continue to go back. We came here for dinner and got seated right away. We ordered the tonkotsu ramen and made it a combo by adding the pork katsu. We also ordered the shoyu ramen with the chicken katsu. We were a little disappointed that there were only two pieces of very very thin meat in each bowl of ramen with the price they charge. The soup broth didn’t taste like authentic bone broth. The katsu was only ok as the meat didn’t taste flavorful. I don’t see us coming back here. The staff was nice and friendly.

This is my first time having Ramen, and I found that this restaurant was a very excellent experience. The noodles were very well cooked, the broth was very tasty, and had lots of flavor, and the mushrooms, onions and vegetables along with the fish cake was very delicious. The chicken Katsu sushi was also very good, and larger than what I’ve encountered before when I had sushi. The standard Ramen, that is served is a large quantity, and does satisfy well if you’re hungry. The service was quick, and the waiter was attentive. The prices were also very reasonable, and I think that for the service, the quality of the food, and the taste, the value was excellent. Finally a Ramen restaurant in Rochester! No need to drive 30 minutes for Ramen anymore. Really enjoyed the Tonkotsu Ramen combo with Pork Katsu, it was great. The ramen portions are a nice size and not overly salty. We will be back to try something different. We went back again after about a year and the Ramen was even better than the first time we were here. We showed up around 6:30pm on a Monday evening and no one was there when we arrived. People started showing up around 7:00pm. The people working here are very friendly and the Ramen comes out very quickly. Everything was great! Great place for Ramen, Katsu and Donburi! For 19 bucks the ramen and katsu combo is a steal. The tonkatsu ramen is just okay, the broth could be deeper in flavor and the chasu could be more tender. Ginza Ramen's pork katsu (Tonkatsu) is the best in Detroit area! If you are looking for real Japanese style Tonkatsu (thick sliced cut) , this place is the one for you. You can get a Tonkatsu at the most of "Japanese restaurant" here, but the most of Tonkatsu is thin sliced cut witch is good too, buy not real Japanese style. However, Ginza Ramen's Tonkatsu is the thick sliced cut and juicy inside and crispy outside. They provide with their original source which is really nice, but I would to have one with regular Tonkatsu source as well. It will be nice if they gave me an option. I would like to try some ramen and different dishes when I go there next time So looking forward it!
