Made phone order for a large “cauliflower” crust pizza with pepperoni. I was not told it doesn’t come in large, only medium…just pickup in 20-25 minutes. I arrived to pick it up and out came a medium. I made the cashier aware of my discussion and was simply asked “you want it?” Well, I took it, as that was a yes-no question and no would have resulted in nothing. I suppose your order must be over $19 to gain any empathy. And the cauliflower pizza is the saddest pizza I have ever seen. Placed a delivery order day ahead for a party of 25 people. Mix of pizza and chicken. Food arrived exactly on time. Hot and delicious. Order filled correctly. Needed plates, napkins, and utencils since I ordered multiple meatball casseroles, but we did not get plastic Forks as promised so it was hard to deal with the entres and no silverware. Outside of that small issue, the service and value for the food that was prepared for us with care, was excellent. I would order again.
