I would give this place 20 stars if I could. I was trying to find someplace in the mall to take a Zoom call and my laptop needed to be plugged in. None of the tables in the cafe had access to a 3-pronged plug, so the person working at the cafe (who I think was probably the owner) let me set my computer up in the back room. I was on the call for over an hour and felt completely safe and welcome. I’m so grateful for this establishment taking customer service to a whole new level. Thank you. Service: 5

Rom(Sorry if I misspelled it!), is one of the owner's of the Gloria Jean's Coffee place, and is always super friendly. He actually gave me advice one time on a pre-calc exam! Him and his wife make the best coffee ever, I love going to get coffee from them every time I go to the maine mall. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My son and I love going here. It's super clean, neat, and a welcoming coffee shop. The owner is very kind and passionate about the drinks. He takes pride in his creations and has an amazing selection. He always remembers our favorite drinks, and I have to say he always has a smile and happy disposition. I cannot say enough good things about this coffee shop! The iced mochas are absolutely delicioussss as well as the iced coffee! And the people who it are very pleasant. Not only do they serve amazing beverages, they also have a selection of bagged coffee grounds, coffee mugs and cups, baked goods and hot foods as well! I live almost 150 miles away and will ALWAYS stop for a coffee here on my way thru Portland!
