Got very violently ill was there yesterday spent the night at hospital because I couldn't even keep liquid down. I was fine before going there. My mom got diarrhea. DO NOT GO HERE! We called them they got so defensive we weren't rude or accusing. Just called and asked if anyone else got sick

Had a family gathering for the holiday. Our waitress, Jamie, was absolutely wonderful. She did an excellent job of clearing away our dirty plates and keeping our drinks full. She was a delight to interact with. She even brought us a trash bag for paper since we were exchanging gifts. The manager whose name I unfortunately can't remember stopped by our table and introduced himself and asked if we needed anything. He was so friendly and exhibited excellent customer service. I never tried this because of the stigma of Ponderosa and thought it was similar but it's very good. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The cashier was very rude to start. Thankfully our server was great. Had to cash app her a tip as the cashier never asked if we would like any cash back for a tip. Food was pretty good. Only complaint there was couldn’t get any of the ham as no one was ever there to serve it. Otherwise everything was good. Even the dessert was good. My steak was not cooked the way that I asked for it to be cooked and I had to go back up 3 different times and get a new steak and the last time my steak tasted like rubber and by that time I just gave up on wanting steak. The Brussel sprouts and shrimp were cold. My wife and mother in law got fish and it was also cold. This place is usually good but this visit the food was AWFUL but the service was good.
