Delicious. I had the vegan ramen and it has so much flavor. My family had the meat based ramen and they enjoyed theirs too. The atmosphere is great with authentic Japanese elements. Don't be scared if there is a line. The service is fast so it moves quickly. Enjoy! This place is so good I almost cried. The flavor is so good it makes you wonder if you are in America or Japan. The service was also good and fast. And they are really really really really really really kind. 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000/10 super good. At the time I visited, Gonzo was rated 4.8 stars over many reviews. After a long time coming, my first visit revealed how these stars were *earned* - super friendly service that is both patient and quick (couldn't ask for a better experience - thank you!), and the food was top shelf. Gonzo Black has a rich and savory broth with zesty spice (added), tender and juicy pork belly that falls apart between chopsticks, a comforting pile of mouth-filling noodles, and all nestled in with flavorful veggies and egg. Wow. Spacious patio seating and indoor seating as well. Weekend parking in the Village Faire lot can be a significant challenge, but stick it out or head to a side lot for a short walk - you do not want to give up and miss out on this fantastic stop. (!) This place NEVER disappoints the Gonzo Red Head just the right amount of spice coupled with tender pork belly, soft and chewy noodles and killer broth. The curry cutlets are on point as well, proper beef breaded curry really hits it. This is our favorite when we're in the area. Great ramen shop with fast service and tasty food. The miso ramen is my favorite. The guys working there are super friendly. Great location with a fun patio area if you come with kids.
