I got the egg benedict, which was served over a pancake. It tasted so bland and dry. I also tried the original pancake which was slightly better but definitely not worth 2 hour wait (1 hour for the table and 45 min for the food) and $20 per item. The waiters were very nice. The soufflé pancake was the best. I got the taro flavor and it didn’t disappoint. Cheesy Gyūdon seemed to be an advanced version of yoshinoya: with better quality meat and a nice twist with cheese and soft boiled egg. I wouldn’t recommend the savory french toast, too salty. Ordered the Dirty matcha, s’mores latte, savory French toast, and a hazelnut chocolate soufflé pancakes. The service was fast, and the food and drinks were very good. Would highly recommend getting on the waitlist on yelp first. Huge portions. The soufflé pancakes did taste a little eggy, but it wasn’t a turn off.
