The food here is phenomenal. It is always fresh, hot and delicious. You get large portions too. Something else I would like to point out, we have never had to correct an order. We live an hour away, and order from here often. They are always super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! I placed an online order at about 5 PM ON CHRISTMAS FOR PICKUP AT 6;30. THE ONLINE ORDER COULD HAVE BEEN PICKED UP AT 5:45. WHEN I ARRIVED AT 6:40PM SEVERAL PEOPLE WERE IN LINE ORDERING AND WAITING. I PAID FOR MY ORDER AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE AN ADDITIONAL 20 MIN... THE FOOD IS USUALLY QUITE GOOD... BUT THEY TEND TO BE SLOW. BUT TO HAVE A LARGE ORDER OF $100 NOT READY FOR 2 HOURS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS AND DEFINATELY NOT GOOD SERVICE. AT 7:00 EVERYONE IS GONE WITH THEIR ORDERS. AND I AM STILL WAITING. THEY HAD BETTER BE GLAD THEY HAVE NO OR LITTLE COMPETITION. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND PROBABLY WILL NOT RETURN... THE CASHIER EVEN GOT SMART WHEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT OVER 10 PEOPLE ORDERING AND BEING SERVED BEFORE I GOT MY ORDER. AND THE 2 HOURS THEY HAD TO PREPARE THE ORDER. We are now running 30 minutes late for a Christmas party. Thinking we may not have all our food... time constraints keep us from taking a good look at the food. Unfortunately, when we opened the food, two of the six quart items were missing along with an extra container of sweet and sour sauce. THE ONLY SAVING GRACE IS THAT THE FOOD WAS GOOD. I CALLED AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND THE ITEMS NOT INCLUDED OR GIVE THEM TO ME LATER. I think they waited until I arrived and paid because the bill said, "NEW CUSTOMER." WE HAVE EAT THERE SINCE THEY BEGAN BUSINESS. I HAD JUST SET UP AN ONLINE ACCOUNT SO WE COULD ORDER AND GIVE THEM PLENTY OF TIME. I WOULD HAVE PAID ONLINE, BUT YOU CANNOT PAY ONLINE. YOU HAVE TO PAY AT THE RESTAURANT. NOTICE THE $2.65 "CONVENIENCE FEE" FOR ORDERING ONLINE!!!! NOTHING CONVENIENT ABOUT THIS ORDER OR THIS RESTAURANT! A WELL MEANING, "I'M SORRY. IT WAS OUR FAULT!" COULD HAVE HELPED A LITTLE BY SHOWING A LITTLE REMORSE AND CONCERN FOR THE CUSTOMER. THROUGHOUT THIS EXPERIENCE WE HAVE NOT RECIEVED EVEN A HINT OF AN APOLOGY JUST EXCUSES AND VAIN ATTEMPTS AT JUSTIFICATION OF THEIR ACTIONS. This was our first time eating Chinese since moving here. It is definitely not what we’re used to. I had sesame chicken, and it was hard and tasteless. My husband had the sweet sour pork, and it was the same as my chicken. The fried rice is yellow rice. The fried Rangoon and egg rolls also left a lot to be desired. I would say that 75% of our food (while pricey at $35 for two meals!) went in the trash. Will not return. **In addition, tip was attempted twice; once at check out on online order, and again when I was rung up at the restaurant. Watch your ticket! Their beef and broccoli, shrimp and vegetables, pork fried rice was fantastic! The hot and sour soup did its magic, medicinal work 😊 The price point is very reasonable. I will order again! I ordered Mongolian beef and a spring roll. Both were fresh, hot, and delicious. My serving was big too so I had plenty for later. The lady at the counter was friendly and the service was quick. I got the General TSO combination, it was pretty tasty. the General TSO sauce is a little different than your average Chinese restaurant and the chicken was a tad crunchy. But over all the chicken was a solid 4/5. The plane fried rice was fantastic cooked well with lots of flavor. I'm also a stickler on my egg rolls and this was a decent one another 4/5. I had a sweet tooth was craving donuts. Fried Chinese donuts are a MUST have and are so delicious! They are golden brown, flaky, delicate, soft and has a little crisp. A really, really great treat! Good in size too! Ten of them are less than $5.00! Eaten other foods from here as well and I've never been disappointed! The honey wings are a must try! I went here yesterday for the 1st time on my lunch break to grab me some egg drop soup and a sweet tea. Place was clean. Lady at the register was friendly.
