Not the best Mexican food around but not the worst. Our food lacked flavor and or heat. My husband's chicken Mole tasted like canned Mole sauce (nothing like abuela used to make). While on a delivery run to Jefferson I had a breakfast burrito from Guadalajara Grill. Honestly I'll drive out of my way to eat here again. Great flavor with a on par roasted habinaro hot sauce that brings a perfect heat. I drank it down with home made limeade that rounded the whole meal out. Thanks again crew!! Highly recommended. The food was delicious. The staff was pretty awesome. Atmosphere.. well it's a small town and a small restaurant but let me tell you... pretty... dang.. tasty. Give it a try if you feel like eating some Mexican food, I doubt they will disappoint. I was kind of hesitant but my sister talked me into going and leaving this review. I got the Guadalajara nachos with Carne asada, delicious. I ordered the camarones a la crema and my husband had their nachos but switched the meat out for carnitas. ALL I can say is 👌 I 100% recommend this place. Food is to die for and the drinks were perfect. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food is very yummy & their customer service is fairly quick. The only thing I marked one less star for is the restrooms aren't always clean or stocked up with t.p. or soap. A few different occasions that I've been in there, either they were out of something in the restroom or the restroom needed cleaned up. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Somehow, I didn't post that was a little while ago. We were lucky to arrived there before no longer to eat inside. Now they are serving outdoor, and pick up orders. Enjoy your meals. Thumb up! I was passing through Jefferson and saw this little spot on the map. Super fun and colorful environment, quick service, and the food was good. Not the BEST Mexican food I’ve ever had, but still hit the spot. The portion size was perfect for a hungry guy. Would definitely go again.
