The guys inside were so high they couldn’t take the order. I respected it clearly 15x and entered it wrong. Got to the window wrong and guy apologized and said we can’t figure it out they had to powwow to take an order correctly. This place is doomed Service Take out Meal type Other

Why does this Hardees close at 7pm but google says 10pm? Managers always be outside smoking with all the lights off. Why do they just close the drive through when short staffed, but still have at least 3 people working? Isnt it easier to close the inside? Wish this Hardees was actually open when they say they will be. Area managers should look into this poorly run store.

This Hardee's is horrible 😡 the general manager does not know what she is doing and has no customer service skills once so ever and I guess her husband is also a manager with her at that location. I've reached out to customer service twice for a refund with no return message back? I even email the district manager Corrine with the response back I just want my refund I have both receipts still where the African lady named Kathy says she refunded me but lied because she told me to get my refund online because I paid online and the chicken was not fresh I left my food there and simply wanted a refund and is still have yet to get a refund this is a horrible place she treats her employee like garbage and says call joe biden lmfao who says that? But a ignorant piece of trash like Kathy and she don't know her happy hour menu and she's the GM?? We were the only ones on the drive thru, and they still made us wait? Not to mention that we didnt recieve our fries and they almost forgot our drinks also. Just very dissatisfied because there use to be a very good team working and now just feels like theyre trying to get by using poor fast food ethics. Very disappointing. I am not sure what is going on at this particular restaurant, but it should stop immediately!! We arrived at 8pm, after picking up my granddaughter from work across the street. We knew what we wanted to order so that was good. After placing the order we waited for about 20 mins to get our food and the cars started backing up behind us. Nothing too complicated, 1 chix sandwhich, double cheese burger meal and one other combo. When the food finally arrived, of course, I said to check everything. Missing chicken sandwich, fries cold and not only that HARD as a rock, like match sticks. I politely go inside to get the missing items and ask for some hot fries. This took a minute because the manager is a micromanager! The people working were losing their minds, and he is so busy doing this that I am still waiting for my food because he can't leave them alone long enough to do their jobs!! HE was the person making everything chaos!! I spent $31.00 on this food. It was horrible, cold, smashed and just really bad in look and taste. I would really like to get a whole new $31 worth of fresh food. I don't eat fast food much and this is why! That is a lot of money for burgers, and I get it, but the food should be worth the value and it was not. I have heard good things about this place, but I strongly have my doubts and I am waiting to hear about my food replacement. Very disappointed :( Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food was great, I mean it's a hardee's its always going to be good. The customer services was alright but you can't expect too much from a fast food restaurant. I will say it was very clean inside which is always appreciated. Good stop if you're looking for some tasty burgers and fries. Success with my husband's burger NO cheese, no mayo, add mustard!! It did take a 2nd try, but service was so quick and friendly, I still gave 5 stars. This Oakdale location was very clean, well staffed, food was hot. I LOVE the smell of burgers on a flame grill. Hardees has always made the best burgers, imho, and today our burgers tasted especially good. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

I love Hardees and have their app on my phone. There isn't one near my house so when I was in Oakdale I stopped by and ordered a ham and cheese sandwich (A little over $5 with tax) when I got home and opened the bag, this is what I got for my money (See picture). Almost no ham! Nothing like the picture on the menu. I'll still go to Hardees when I can, just not this one. Embarrassing! Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

The worst experience at a "fast food" restaurant in years. We stopped buy for a"quick" breakfast and waited in in line for 25 minutes. Keep in mind, no one was in the restaurant because the inside was closed, so the wait wasn't because the restaurant and the drive-thru was open - they were serving one vehicle at a time. After being encouraged to get the frisco breakfast sandwich from the employee, I was perplexed at what I received - see for yourself. #hardees #falseadvertising #misleading #apology
