We tried Harth last night and are glad we did. It's in the lobby of the McLean Hilton so it's easy to get to and there's plenty of parking. It was not very busy on a Friday night, unlike every other restaurant in Tysons which are overrun with guests. My guess is it's because few people are aware of its existence....and that's what makes it nice (I prefer peace and quiet to crowds when dining). It's a great spot for a date night. The ambiance is wonderful, the service is top notch, the food presentation is stellar, and it was all very tasteful..no need for salt/pepper/condiments. Even the chairs are super comfortable (which is great for my bad back).
I think Harth is lovely. We will be back!

Avocado Toast
Exceeded expectations. This is attached to the Hilton hotel but the food quality and selection was exceptional. Had 4 courses and everything was tasty, well made and high quality. Service was attentive and high attention to details. Atmosphere with the multiple fireplaces made for a cool and hip vibe. Worth a try if you’re in the area and don’t want to deal with Tyson’s crowds.

We had an excellent birthday dinner at Harth -- the food was superb, the service was spot-on, and the multi-fireplace atmosphere was perfect for a winter evening. We will be returning to this venue....
