The office was very clean, and the staff in the office was very nice. The Vet was young and smart, did not do any unnecessary steps to run up the cost. She prescribed just what my pet needed, Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Enjoy coming to location. The service is good and food is decent. Wings seem like they were missing a lil razzle dazzle tho. Everything else was cool. Shout to our server and others for working so hard to keep the customer pleased. Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

My experience was TERRIBLE. Both my friend and I, black, were racially profiled by the Mexican server with glasses at the bar. We came in, she did not greet us. The bar was extremely dirty with oil residue and I told my friend. The server butted into my conversation very rudely and I told her I wasn’t talking to her, I was talking to my friend. She proceeded to say to me “I don’t have to serve you, you can leave MY bar”. I asked to speak with a manager and she wouldn’t go get the manager. I had to ask another server to get the manager. The manager who is dark skin, with a wig didn’t even come to try to resolve the situation. They went straight to security and told us to leave. I’ve been coming to this Hooters for almost 8+ years and never experienced anything like this. They will NEVER get my money. I will be sure to post this all over social media as well to boycott this location.

Wing bones were black and cracked into pieces (old/bad quality). Fries literally tasted like drywall. $42 pickup order. Should’ve known better. Never again. Girls were friendly at the least to say. Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Had the occasion to visit the Lansing, IL. location on Wednesday, 27 Dec. 23 at 2000 Hours. Sat at the bar. The server was very non challant about looking or coming to the far end of the bar. After 10-12 minutes, the part-time server by the name of Jordin finally made her way to the south end of the bar where the food is served from the cooks to the other servers. Had to learn her name from the receipt. She never informed me of her name. Her service was not catering to me. What did observed the bar and good service was for HOOTERS' regular customers. The regulars get all undivided attention. I realized that for sure, when i I was a gentleman mid way through my food an a gentleman sat next to me and next asked for his Corona beer, but he was brought to him without asking. The food was good as always. But Jordin was horrible, non catering to a first-time customer to her. "Wish Mocha was back!" Or maybe I should have sat at a table?😕 The service was the worst experience ever since patronizing HOOTERS' franchise. If I ever return, note to self, "Don't sit at the bar!!!" Upon my leaving, I had to ask for my check a second time. Jordin had the odesisity to dispute she gave it to me already. SMH This is one of the few times I tipped way below 20% and that was a result of Jordin's attitude at my departure. Giving one ☆was too much! Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
