Twice I ordered through Uber Eats. My first Single Burger Deluxe was a Double plain patties between the buns. No lettuce, tomato or pickles and the fries were stone cold. My 2nd burger order was the Cheeseburger combo no cheese, fries and a sweet tea. Once again I received a plain patty between the buns, no lettuce and tomato. And I didn't receive my sweet tea. How difficult is it to read and follow simple instructions. Never again Huddle House. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1

As always the food was less than good. The waitress had great energy but the grits were awful and the pancake tasted like cooked paper was attached. I visited to determine what kind of establishment advertised free meal for veterans Day and then proclaimed their system was down and stayed down just for the day. As I thought, this place is below bad so you don't even deserve our veteran dollar. Don't bother with false advertising next year or all the news stations will be called. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be disappointed. Negative star if it was possible. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I visit huddle house every week. I get great service. Food is great. And everyone is nice and attentive. Just love it. The only thing I would change is pay your employees more. They work very hard. I ordered the prime rib tips dinner. Prime rib was really good and tasty. The tots were terrible. They were deep fried, tasteless and just fell apart. My wife ordered the turkey sandwich,but, she has dairy allergies so asked for no bread, also, french fries. Food during the day is definitely better than the night shift. My son got chicken tenders, and they were almost burnt, and they still served them to him. Service is GREAT! No matter how busy they are, all customers were treated with love and respect. We always knew what was going on and was never left to wonder about anything that had to do with our service. We were always well informed of the progress, refills were given before asked, pre-bussing occurred throughout our visit so we didn’t have any unnecessary clutter, food came out fast and GOOD! Stopped in for quick bite and had a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, pickles, a pepsi, and a side salad instead of fries. Can't believe how inexpensive, total bill with tax was $6.41. Enjoyed the food and Ashley was an outstanding server who was very attentive. The restaurant was very clean, and the music playing in the background was great.
