I had the pleasure of getting there between rushes, and the service was amazing. Our server paid excellent attention to us. The manager even came out just to check on each table. Barely had to wait for service. After we ordered, the food was at our table when I got back from using the restroom. It was that fast. And so so good. Definitely one of the better IHOP’s. I’ve been to many ihops and I have to say this experience was by far the best! The crepes are absolutely amazing! William and his entire team had smiles, welcomed everyone, and the environment was so calm and positive! IHOP, you’ve won a customer for life if each location is ran exactly the way this one is! our server literally forgot half our food, and i had to ask a manger for it multiple times. she messed up our orders. in a party of four who clearly stated we were splitting the check, she put it all on one and even the way the items were separated was incorrect. when we let her know we were splitting the check and that the split by guest was incorrect, she said she would fix it but not reprint it. she grabbed our cards and didn’t even separate them, and then proceeded to run them wrong and not fix it— which also took her 30 minutes. another server, alex, was so helpful and checked on us more than our actual server. Wasn't busy, music was blaring in entry and restaurant. We waited to be seated, multiple tables were still dirty. We took our time to order giving them time to get things together.40 minutes later our food was coming out ,watched young man pick at my food with his bare hands,he wiped on his pants and then I watched him chew his finger nails over food prep station.where my food was. then waitress picked hair off our waitress neck and wiped hair off her back over our food at the food prep station. While she was prepping our food! Extremely unhappy and disgusted with the quality of cleanliness and handling of the food prep at this place. I don't understand what in the world was going on here.
