We arrived at the restaurant , waited quite a while to be greeted, 25% of the tables were covered in dirty dishes, the pancakes fell apart, possibly undercooked ?? Very disappointing we used to love coming here but won’t return. Is it under new management? Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

The waitress with blonde hair and small figure whose shift was on Sunday 25 at 6:30pm was extremely rude and condescending. If you don’t know how to do your job, please quit for everyone else’s sake. She would lie on your face and then avoid to admit her disrespectful behavior. Shame on her so ignorant of how take out/delivery business runs. Ordered the split decision breakfast and the pancakes were not cooked thru which was very upsetting as I didn’t realize until it was too late which was scary..hoping I don’t get too sick from eating uncooked batter. Food: 1

We came in with our 11 month old. We asked the hostess for a high chair twice and our waitress once. No one got one until my husband asked the manager. The manager never even acknowledged that we were upset. It almost felt like both the waitress and the manager were too busy for us. Once we got our food we realized we didn’t have silverware so we had to wait for that as well. The food was good but the service was terrible. If there was only a way for me to leave 0 stars or negative stars I would. Took my daughter and boyfriend here after months of not going because we found a hair in our sandwich. We wanted to have a simple, good night out and decided to try IHOP again. The place was clean and didn’t smell like chemicals or sewage, so we were off to a good start. The server was slow and forgetful but, she was also the only one working and there were a couple tables full of people. It took about 30-45 minutes for our order to be taken. We ordered 3 waters, one Diet Pepsi and a blueberry lemonade. For food we ordered: 1 breakfast sampler, 1 roast Turkey dinner and 1 pot roast dinner all with a side of pancakes. This is where the issues began. We didn’t get our food or drinks for quite a while. The server had dropped off the food and we asked her for the drinks again at that time. She apologized, said she’d forgotten and brought them about 5 minutes later. The food looked atrocious. The portions were like a school lunch portion and it wasn’t even hot. It looked like cat food, and was just overall horrible. The boyfriend’s breakfast looked decent even though that wasn’t hot either. $60….$60 for the terrible experience. But hey, at least the pancakes were ok. Price per person $20–30

Came here for breakfast on a Saturday morning while having my motorcycle serviced nearby. My waitress, Diamond, was very personable. She made some great suggestions and continued to check up on me throughout my meal. I even overheard another waitress nearby also make suggestions for her customers. The food was served quickly and correctly. The quality was exceptional. It was a bit pricey but what isn't these days. Overall it was a very good experience. By the time I left the place was packed. Stopped here for lunch and overall it was pretty good. We enjoyed some French toast as well as the cinnamon bun pancakes. I was pretty impressed with the size of the French toast. It was really thick. You got a good helping of pancakes as well. Service was good and I like how they leave you a pot of coffee at the table. Overall it was pretty good and a great option for breakfast or dinner. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The dying Ihop This place keeps getting worse each visit. Now it's a ghost town, at breakfast time they only have 1 waitress and 1 chef working in the mornings. The waitress seems to either hate her job or just has a bad personality. I got very slow service from her. The food tasted bland and the prices are high. I don't see how this place can last much longer. A great breakfast place usually, I have heard. Unfortunately my experience wasn’t the greatest. Myself and my two kids are celiac, and each of us ordered from the Gluten Free menu. Both of my kids got their meals, however, I only received half of my breakfast. I had ordered the full GF Belgian waffle meal. The server came back to the table three times as the meal progressed assuring me that my waffle would be out in 30 seconds. We were at our table eating for well over 30 minutes, with the manager coming by twice to explain that the waffle machine plates broke and that my waffle would be ready in minutes. After 40 minutes, everyone was done their meals and waiting for my waffle. When I spoke with the manager she assured me (third time for her, 6th time for staff) that it would be coming out soon. Sorry, but 40 minutes is too long to wait for half or a meal. To their credit, they offered to “make it right” by discounting my meal, because “I didn’t get half of it.” I’ll never know what really happened, but I won’t be going back to this location. The wait staff did seemed very chaotic and overwhelmed. The half of my breakfast I did eat was a great tasting American home style breakfast. Need a Gluten free menu? Very lovely breakfast 😋 I'm not good with remembering names but our waitress was awesome little Spanish Grey haired older woman. Both my husband and I had the thick French toast, mine with strawberries/bananas his with regular syrup. We had sides of eggs, hashbrowns, bacon and sausage!
