Food was good, service was good. I hate that IHOP is using tablets for payment right at the table. Very uncomfortable with a waitress staring at us while we decide on her tip. Leave the tablet and walk away for a few minutes, PLEASE.

Almost every Sunday since 2020, we get takeout here. It’s been going downhill last couple months. Order is wrong, breakfast potatoes didn’t get but very very burnt hash browns (totally inedible as would break a tooth, eggs Benedict with not poached eggs but very much hard boiled eggs! Every bit of the food was delicious and got out to my family and I pretty quickly. I met a coworker at IHOP and I had not been there before. There are a lot of them in Maryland but they're not that great they seem a little rundown. But this one out here in Winchester is pretty nice and the food is actually really good. The server staff and employees were very friendly and polite and personable. I will definitely be going back there again. Glad to see there are still some really nice IHOPs left. With this IHOP, you never know what type of dining experience you may have. I have been in and had the best waitstaff and food. Other times wet towels have more personality and the food is horrendous.
