Half of the issues aren’t anyone’s fault but the managers, they had 1 person running orders and taking orders I ordered the chicken biscuit sandwich which has a choice of a pancake, fries or hash-browns. I did not receive my second item which was fries. The knife they gave me was covered in gravy and I had 1 napkin so that’s cool. I was there at 10:20, it is now 11:09 I didn’t get 1 refill which is fine bc they are making one kid take orders and run food. That’s not fair to anyone. Delicious food. Prompt service. 2 stars for atmosphere because we were sat next to an obnoxiously loud group and had difficulty hearing each other due to the publicly inappropriate volume of their noise level. My husband and I are in town visiting my parents and we thought we’d stop in for breakfast. Initially there was no wait and good service. As the visit went on, things got worse. We asked for a military discount and it was only discounted on my husband’s food and never even asked for an ID as BOTH my husband and myself are veterans. The total then came to 36.85 and we gave 40 cash and the waitress went to tell us “I rounded up to 37 for you.” and didn’t give us all of our change back, just $3. Overall not the best visit. I've come here a couple times late at night. The food is made to order so no day old, stale food like late night restaurants close to closing. The place is immaculately clean which is important to me. Staff is super friendly too. Really it's the only reliably clean place I know of for late night, with freshly cook food.
