We were greeted by the owner when we came in, super nice and friendly. Great to see the owner being involved with the customers. Our waitress Kim was super nice and a great waitress. She was very attentive and pre bussed the table. It’s hard to come across a server that cares. We will most definitely be back. The experience changed my outlook on ihop. Food was mediocre. The bottom pancake had something on it that looked like steak. I'm guessing it was probably cooked on the same grill. The server was pleasant but didn't offer options like flavored syrup. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Stopped in for breakfast and had the bourbon eggs Benedict. It was good and the pancakes were light and delicious. However, the best part was the server, Sameth. He took great care of us. Kept our coffee filled. The restaurant was cleaned. Go and ask for Sameth. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Took a little time to get our food, but we had a large group (12 people). Gina was wonderful at serving us! They accommodated our gluten allergy, and even when the first batch of pancakes had an issue, they quickly corrected and made another batch. I was only in there for 15 or 20 minutes, which was stunning given that it was a Thursday morning around 11:00am, and my food came within 5 minutes. And I was definitely back home in the south because the hash browns and bacon weren’t dry, and they actually had flavor. This place has gone seriously downhill. It use to be a standard no frills IHOP, but it is not even that good! They were out of tea bags to make hot tea? Over heard the wait staff talking about hepatitis? Food was Okay, but staff stands around a lot, just talking. I believe the only way this place is staying open is serving breakfast! i haven’t had ihop in so many years and just randomly got a craving one day so decided to come in for lunch. the server was friendly and the food came out really fast. i thought everything tasted really fresh and delicious! the eggs were cooked well, the pancakes had a great flavor that wasn’t overly sweet, and the hash browns were crispy. i would definitely return to this location in the future. The food came out fast and hot. This was one of the best iHOPs that we’ve ever been to. We never had to ask twice for anything. Our needs were anticipated and met with a smile. We will stop here again the next time we are on our way to FL.
