I was pretty disappointed with this visit. First off, what's with the vibration? My silverware, drink, and body was being shaken the entire time. I asked my waitress about free refill drinks. I asked for a strawberry lemonade and was met with "that doesn't have refills". I pointed in the menu at the words free refill and she said "ok" and just walked away. Food was decent when it showed; ketchup was empty but oh well. At one point 2 of the ladies were looking for a check (I'm guessing they thought a dine and dash), then one of them said "that's not even 15%" in a pretty loud voice. I get it, but if you don't like the pay..... you should know the rest. It was just a disappointing experience, but food was there. We came at a busy time and they told us to give them a few minutes. We finally got our seats after around 10 minutes. We sat down and around four minutes later a woman came up and asked us for what drinks we wanted. We got the drinks pretty quickly after, then a few minutes later she asked us what food we wanted. We told her and we waited there for an hour without ever getting our food. We saw many families that we came before getting their food before us. My son counted 5 families. FAMILIES. A person who had came after us and got their food before us even noticed this and talked to the manager of the ihop and was talking to her about how it shouldn't happen and doesn't make sense. She simply apologized to him and said "our food would come shortly". We waited 10 more minutes. Nothing. Pissed off, we grabbed our things and walked to the doors and simply left. I can't tell if this was racism or what? I am a hijabi and the staff helping us were white Americans. Like I genuinely don't know why many people got their food before us?? TLDR; Horrible service, extremely slow. Like a snail could travel around Earth twice and the employees would still be "making the food". Never coming back. Service Dine in Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would! Tonight, my parents, wife and I went to have dinner. When we get there, there is a 15 minute wait. Not that a problem, we figured we would be waiting. We got placed Into our booth, it was about 20 minutes before our waiter came and took our drink order. My mom got sweet tea, my dad and wife got mountain dew, I got strawberry lemonade. My mom has a deathly seafood allergy. We ordered 2 appetizers, and our food. We physically waited 2 hours before our actual food came to our table. I was done with my drink before our appetizers came. Our waiter didn't even offer to give me a refill. We didn't even see our waiter again until he dropped our food off. I want to remind you my mom has a DEATHLY SEAFOOD ALLERGY! My mom was drinking her sweet tea and she looked at me and said this smells and tastes funny. I took her cup and smelled it and I also took a big drink, her cup smelled and tasted like fish water. Fish water if you are not aware of is water like in lakes and ponds where you can go fishing and the aroma is dead like being near or owning a fish tank. My mom's tea at this point is already half gone. We asked for our receipt and to talk to the manager. She was the lady who was the hostess, she was very rude and unprofessional. She asked what was up, we Informed her of the situation with the tea and my mom's seafood allergy. Said I don't drink tea I don't know what tea should even taste like, then she processes to not even look us in the face or eyes but stares at the ceiling for some reason. Then she processes to walk away and check us out. Still not looking us in the eyes. We left and I took my mom straight to the hospital to get her stomach pumped and to get an allergy shot. She is still in the hospital, she is also very very sick. Will be calling corporate and the general manager in the A.M. My wife and I went with the kids. Waited for 10 mins for someone to come take our order and it wasn’t even that busy. Our waitress came back 5 mins after we ordered food and asked if we wanted cheese on our hash browns or eggs, we told her on the eggs, so waiting for 50 mins for our food until we asked how much longer it was going to be since we had 3 very hungry kids. Once the food came out they instantly messed up our order…cheese on hash brown not on the eggs like we said twice. Our jalapeño poppers never came with the food along with cold fries. The waitress gave us a discount and gave us the cheapest meal for free. All of this and they told us they were busy yet there was maybe 15 people total in the restaurant. We had a very bad experience so I paid the bill and did not tip. Due to very bad food and customer service. Today checked my account and they decided to give themselves a $10.00 tip on the credit card we used. Totally unacceptable to just give yourself a tip. I would understand if we had a big group of people but seriously you DO NOT HELP YOURSELF TO A TIP. In my eyes that is theft and not professional. Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
