You can always try good strawberry pancakes at this restaurant. Visitors don't like chicken fingers and cold coffee at ihop. Food delivery is a big plus of this place. Most guests suppose that the staff is cool here. A number of reviewers mark that the service is professional. The flawed decor was not appreciated by the guests. It's always a good idea to experience something new and enjoy the lovely atmosphere. But this spot hasn't got a high rating from Google users.

Without fail my pickup orders are either missing items, food or in this case the order was completely wrong. My last time ordering. I wish the location in Ardmore was still open Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I went yesterday for the first time, food was amazing. Great service, the server was really good etc... but I have 2 problems with the place, the floor was sticky and the chairs had holes 🕳 😅 really bad. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

I had a grand experience at IHop in Upper Darby, PA this morning. Customer service was on point. Something that lacks in today’s society. My waitress was totally awesome. My husband stepped out before our meal arrives and she made sure it was hot and ready when he returned. The staff displayed positive energy. I loved it! Omelette was oily…wasn’t good couldn’t even eat it gave it to stray cats. Pancakes saved the day , but food came out cold after waiting almost an hour for it 🤷🏾‍♀️ I believe that if they work on these things they could do fine. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Place smells like a wet rag. Ordered the Colorado omelette and the meats was over cooked. Toast was burnt. Didn’t received the salsa that was supposed to come with it. I felt rushed w my server that served us. Still tipped 18%. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Very good food, especially their pancakes. Waitress was attentive...I loved my Country Fried Steak, with eggs, hashed browns, and 2 buttermilk pancakes. I, and my girlfriend have always been served well at this IHOP. This place is underrated! I came here yesterday with my boyfriend around 2pm first thing we noticed it was super clean! And the lady that took our order was super kind and attentive the food was great definitely will be coming back again. Staff was really friendly, it took a little longer for my friend and I to get seated and then waited on but when we did our food was out to us hot and ready after a couple mins. The food was absolutely delicious and well worth the extra time it took, I would definitely go again when I'm in the area. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $20–30

Food was good but maybe there was an employee shortage or something but the service suffered as a result. Staff was relatively nice but the place looked like it needed some love.

October 2019: huge location, good food, free parking, okay service, mostly new people. We tried the Halloween specials and they were pretty good. Food looked and tested great. Furniture could use some care. My seat cushions were almost non existent and I felt like sitting on the base frame. Since the staff and the chef were new, there were some minor errors with the new items on the menu, but they were able to fix it immediately. Will definitely be back.
