Came here Sunday night with my family and only a few tables seated; multiple servers and staff standing and walking around and not a single person on the staff greeted us. Never took our drink order or even acknowledged that we were there. After being seated by the host, we sat for over 15 minutes before deciding to just leave. Poor customer service and management clearly. Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited to be sat for almost five minutes. Watched as several people (even a manager at one point) walk out but didn’t look at the front counter once. Lots of cackling going on in the back but couldn’t be bothered to check front so we left for somewhere else. Place was dirty anyway so maybe it was for the best.

All bad. Pickup orders run 15-20 minutes over on the estimated wait time they give you, and you’ll waiting the same amount to be seated if you go in; not to mention, you rarely get checked on by the waitstaff. And the food will make you sick 9/10 times. I don’t eat at ihop very often but every time I do, I’m reminded of why I avoid it. Lynne was our server today and she is amazing!!! She took great care of our family. She was attentive to all of her tables and even tho it was busy with big parties she was on top of everything. I found the dinner selection to be quite limited. I was informed that the complimentary kids meals are only available when choosing from the entrees page, and not applicable to items such as burgers, omelets, or pancakes. This policy was not clearly communicated, leading to confusion and dissatisfaction. Additionally, the service provided by our waiter was subpar. The waiter appeared disinterested and unengaged throughout the evening, which greatly affected our overall dining experience. As a customer, I value attentive and friendly service, and unfortunately, this was lacking during my visit. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to iHop for dinner. I believe that constructive feedback is important for businesses to improve, and I hope that you take my comments into consideration to enhance the dining experience for future patrons. The food was really good. We went to try the Willy Wanka menu, and it did not disappoint. My kids really enjoyed the Wanka kids' meals, and the Wanka burger was fantastic. The service was great. Placed an online order at this location, a classic burger and a sampler appetizer, took a bite and nearly broke a tooth had to turn my truck lights on to see how horrible my order had been cooked. The bun the patty including the sampler appetizer all burnt, inedible. Went back returned the food asked for a refund and the manager in charge said he couldn’t handle it right there and then because he had to go through his district manager. Foods great, service was great, atmosphere was almost their, sadly almost every table had a phone out and watching something with sound up high. It was crazy loud, in the whole restaurant. Maybe offer discounts or something to tables that don't take their phone out?? Incentive for a peaceful atmosphere, maybe?? We will come here when it's kids' choice for dinner nights. we came to get some chicken fried steak and the fryer unfortunately wasn't working. we ended up ordering t-bone steak and the breakfast platter. We were greeted instantly and sat right away. All our food was hot and perfectly prepared! Our drinks were never empty! Definitely will be back. Our waiter Artem was FANTASTIC and went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20
