Overall, the visit to your restaurant left a positive impression due to the excellent cuisine and pleasant atmosphere. It is undeniable that the dishes were truly delicious, and the place deserves a high rating. However, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with certain aspects of the service that affected the overall experience. Let's start with the issue of pricing. The staff initially informed us of the cost of the ordered dishes - 21.50 euros, but upon payment, we discovered that the actual cost was 33.50 euros. This created a misunderstanding and left a feeling of an unpleasant surprise, which can undoubtedly be considered a drawback. Another disappointment was the situation with the leftover food. Having ordered packaging for 3 rolls, a 10 cm fish, 2 angiri, and half of a small portion of fries (the fries turned out to be not particularly large, and we could only eat half), we were surprised to learn that an additional fee of 8 euros was required for the packaging. We understand that this is the restaurant's policy, but it is crucial to inform customers about this in advance to avoid misunderstandings and disappointments. Although the service was generally good, I suggest paying more attention to improving communication with customers and providing clearer explanations of all aspects of payment and service. Despite the pleasant impressions of the food and atmosphere, such nuances can cast a shadow on the overall perception of a restaurant visit. I would like to commend the young waitstaff, as there were no complaints about them. However, there is still a feeling that in certain moments, there was a sense of being misled. We were given a small discount when settling a bill of 88 euros, which we managed to pay as 85 euros. This is indeed a generous gesture, but the question remains as to how substantial it is, and I leave that to everyone's discretion. You can order with a tablets, fluent system that works fast. The sushi is fresh and from gold quality. A lot of other dishes as well , nice for children. Service sometimes seems a bit disorganized. Strange system that you enter at the same spot where people pick up their take-out order, if you have a table booked you have to wait there until they have the time to seat you.. With all respect for the staff, who work like crazy. The food is all sweetened and covered with sauce. Sushi is covered with mayonnaise? Kangeroo is real beef. Not recommended for a nice evening out with your girlfriend, wife! Or respectable boyfriend or husband! Go to McDonnalds instead! Btw, what I really like is the beer Tsingtao.
