We ordered tacos with easy sauce and extra cheese. The tacos were way overcooked. One taco had lost all its meat it was just lettuce, cheese, and entirely too much sauce!! When you have hungry little boys, it's really frustrating when they can't complete a simple order. I worked for Jack in the Box for 10 years!! The easiest thing on the menu is the taco - everything has a timer, so only a lazy idiot can overcook it!! Seriously, if people want a salad, they'll order a salad, so back up on the lettuce, and no one, I mean absolutely no one, wants a soupy taco, so back it up on the sauce.
