Cashier was very friendly but a simple chicken sandwich and curly fries shouldn’t take as long as it did. Walking back to the car two employees came speeding through the parking lot and cut through parking spaces, almost hitting me and my mom, in order to park at the front. This is the only fast food in Wellton which is the only reason I go here. I have literally sat 30 minutes in drive through waiting on food, was given a jumbo Jack with no burger in it, been charged for what I ordered but received completely different food items, not to mention the many many times they’ve forgotten sauce or that I wanted my burger plain etc. This place is a joke. I went to Jack In the Box tonight. They had a new cashier that just started. The guy training with his was annoyed. I ordered Jalapeno Poppers and they said they were out. I said no problem I will get the Spicy Nacho Munchie Meal. I have had it in California. I guess I must have annoyed them or something. I got the sandwich with 4 jalapeno slices and just the tiniest squirt of nacho cheese. The bread wasn't toasted. The fries were cold so I had to go home and pull out the air frier. I hope they get it together soon. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I was in a u-haul truck unable to use the drive-thru service, so I had to go inside. Upon waiting to be helped, I had three employees tell me I'll be right there. 15 minutes later, still no service. However, the drive-thru was pumping along. There was a line forming behind me until they got tired of waiting, and they left. We asked the drive-thru cashier while she was waiting for her order to be completed if she could take our order because we were unable to fit in the drive-thru due to the u-haul truck. She informed us we would have to wait. We told her it had been 20 minutes by then waiting how much longer do we have to wait? She just ignored us. Terrible service by far, even by today's lack of employees standards. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It may have taken 20 minutes to get my food, but at least everything came out hot and fresh. I’ll admit, it was pretty annoying watching everyone in the restaurant get there food before me, but I’d like to think that my food was fresher than theirs and that it was worth the wait. I waited more than 20 minutes for just this "large" milkshake that was delivered to me melted more than it should have without wipcream and without cherry…. I waited another 5 min to clarify if they got the order wrong but no one came over and there were more people waiting for their order to be taken so I just left Service Dine in
