Jake’s is an old fashion dinner with good food and service. The only problem is that the place is not handicap accessible. It’s difficult to get into because of several steps at its entrance. In addition, its restroom is not accessible to a handicap person due to its narrow entrance. Great place for a casual but incredibly delicious brunch. The food was amazing, we tried the hash Benny and apple pie waffles. Both were amazing, this place is a must try. FYI, this is a cash only restaurant.

Imagine a well-established friendly neighborhood breakfast diner, with all the usual offerings. Now add creative specials, like jalapeño cornbread benedict with sweet potato hash, or Belgian waffles served with squares of tiramisu. That's Jake's. I admit, I’m more often in the mood for bougie brunch spots than diners, and I'm not a fan of pot coffee, but I can always be talked into eating at Jake's. Just remember to bring cash or an ATM card! CASH ONLY. Food was phenomenal and the service was even better. I ordered eggs Benedict and extra crispy corned beef and hash. Eggs were perfectly cooked and the hash was so good. Highly recommend if you are in town. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast

When on vacation or hockey trips we love going to the locals. Will not eat at a chain restaurant. This one was definitely worth the price. Great food, great service. The wait staff treated you like family and seemed to know almost everyone of the locals who came in. Give them a try if you are ever in the area. My partner and I were running errands and wanted to get some breakfast to go. We ordered the corned beef hash and eggs Benny. Both were prepared well and the service was very helpful! They can get quite busy on weekends so consider calling ahead if you're picking up. I personally like my hashbrowns a little crispy, so I'll ask that next time I order!

First time I've ever been here but was taken by a friend who grew up eating here and it was absolutely delicious ! The waitress was really sweet and the environment was very pleasant. Walking out one of the chefs even said have a great day. Overall this dish was awesome and I highly recommend this place. The business is also cash only which wasn't an issue one bit but it's good to know ! They have an atm located right outside the door for the convenience. Thanks again!
