When we arrived, there was nothing to say seat yourself or wait to be seated. We learned from others already there it was seat yourself. There were no clean tables available. They are very slow about cleaning off tables after people get done and leave. My husband ordered the fried pickle burger and I ordered the pimento bacon chicken sandwich. After a little over an hour, our food came out, but the waitress sat a burger in front of me, not the chicken sandwich I ordered. I told her that wasn't what I ordered and that I ordered the chicken sandwich. She then told me no, I hadn't ordered the chicken, but she would have the order redone. After sitting there waiting on the correct food to come out for another hour my husband stopped our waitress and asked her how much longer it would be. She told my husband there was a party of thirty in front of my order and they would get to it after that. I told her just to bring the check for my husband's meal and cancel my order. I was not going to sit there for three hours waiting to eat. I don't understand why my order was put behind a party of thirty when the waitress clearly messed up! This was also the first time I have gone somewhere and the waitress basically argued with me about what I ordered. I know what I ordered and my husband heard it too. What happened to apologizing for the mistake and making it right. I understand that happens sometimes. My husband also said his burger must have sat for a bit because the fried pickles were soggy. We was in town today from out of town. We had the worst experience ever in a restaurant. We ordered an appetizer that came after or food after we waited almost an hour for 6 Rockefeller. They was customers that came in after us that got there appetizers and there food and eat and payed and left before we got our food. We was there 2 1/2 hours the food was cold when we got it and asked to speak with a manager and they would not come out to talk with us. The waitresses was so rude and under professional to help us. I would not reckon amend this place. Never had a place so rude as this place was. I eat in the scottsboro Al restaurant and never experienced any issues with them.

Used to have the BEST onion rings around! Now all they have is cheap sonic style rings. Absolutely ruined my day when I got home and saw that garbage, and I even asked if they had changed them when I ordered. They told me “No, they’re the same onion rings we’ve always had.” Lies, all lies. Am I being dramatic? Yeah, a little. But we all know how it feels when you’ve had a bad/long day, and there’s that One thing that would make you feel just a little bit better… and then you’re let down again. Even though I Knew they’d taste cheap I still tried them. Ate one and threw the rest in the trash. Where they belong. A waste of $10! Food: 1

Not out first trip to Jeffersons, but new location for us on a quiet Tuesday. Menu was different. One of our favorites was absent, but we made due. Service was acceptable, but no where near as perky as we have gotten used to. They looked and acted blah, like they didn't want to be there. But otherwise good. Fun friendly atmosphere!My waitress was Tiffany Staten. she was excellent! She was friendly, smiling, and very helpful with the questions I asked. She kept our drinks refilled at all times -and got our order to us in a good time! She was working hard and smiling the whole time! Smiles go a long way in customer service! Great job Tiffany! Jamie O. & Emma were amazing!!!! Our drinks never got close to empty, food came out fast and was amazing. Sweetest girls ever, I’ll definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
