If I could give this a negative 5* I would... My FIRST experience with JM... I will start by saying on Sunday at lunch this location was staffed by a bunch of teenagers/low 20s and one older gentleman that was.... Ill just say nicely was not capable of handling a lunch shift demand... He literally took 3-5 mins to place the very few toppings available on a sub it was exceptionally painful with the double tomato... ... BUT... I could have delt with that... What I couldn't deal with is the (likely teenager) cashier who had previously wrapped a sub after cashing a customer out before me because this gentleman was not functionally capable.... I checked out and she says ty have a nice day! I'm standing there with my sub sitting on the counter...... I stare at her for 30-45secs at least or more felt like more as she leans against the register (the gentleman is staring at the bread rack.... Not functioning)... I finally get pissed off and grab my sandwich and wrap it myself!!!!😡 For the price the charge I shouldn't have to wrap my own damn sandwich while someone is standing their at the register (who had previously put on gloves and wrapped a sandwich )for the guy.. it wasn't till I grab my sandwich the light goes off with the teenager that gee my customer is standing in front of me having paid she shouldn't have to wrap her own sandwich... (Keep in mind this register asks for a tip as well!) I will absolutely boycott jersey Mikes unless this situation is addressed and encouraged everyone else I know as well. The sandwich in the end was ok nothing special Ill go to subway next time and get a bigger sub, quicker service and hey.. they are slicing meat to order now too. If you ever went to subway and thought, "hey this $12 foot long sandwich here, I'd rather pay $10 for a 6 inch sandwich and save money" then this is the place for you! If you want a large fear not. A clean $16-$20 bucks gets you a large sandwich my friend. Definitely don't go Hannaford and buy a sub roll with turkey,cheese,lettuce,and tomatoes for $12 bucks and eat for a couple days. That wouldn't be nearly as rewarding as realizing your constantly making a mistake by spending money you don't need to. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

Love watching having my sandwich made to order right in front of me. Great quality, generous fillings, and great bread choices. Also like the app, where I can order online with all my specifications, pay for it and just run in the store to puck it up! Employees couldn't be slower at making a sandwich. If there is more than 2-3 people in front of you, plan on waiting 20+ minutes. And online ordering??? Gave up on that because I have yet to have a single sandwich made correctly in over 10 online orders. So I'm forced to go wait in line to babysit them while making my sandwich. Worst J Mike's I've been to easily. Will be surprised if this location makes it a year. In the time it's taken me to Google this and write this review, 1 of the 10 people in front of me finally cashed out. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
