I have ordered the 8 inch roast beef under favorites many times before its supposed to be double meat, I have always received a good sub with double meat, this time I ordered a 16 inch and received a sub with barely any roast beef on it!! I called and talked to the manager and she did nothing about it, why spend the money for a 16 inch that has barely any meat on it when all you get for the cost is 8 more inches of bread. I work at Dollar Tree in Le Mars Iowa. My coworkers and I order from Jimmy John's all the time. Their subs are amazing and they never disappoint. Their delivery service is wonderful and our subs arrive on time and perfect. We have never ever had any issues with our orders at all. They are accommodating, friendly, and professional. The subs are always fresh and their sides are fantastic. I highly recommend sub lovers to order from this place. They got Subway beat by far on every aspect. I love Jimmy John’s in Le Mars. I go during lunch or after work with my kids and there is great costumer service: we are always greeted with smiles! Whenever I want something quick that isn’t greasy fast food, I head to Jimmy John’s. My only complaint is that when I order a number 12 with Xtra Hot Peppers, it’s never enough 😂!
