Ordered a mix of ramens, rice bowls, salad. Everything was overly salty, “even for me” said my wife who is known to love very salty. I realized I was wanting the lighter and fresher flavors of pho with fresh greens. Not sure what to say but maybe less salt and more veggies.

This is the second time we have ordered pick up where items were missed from the order. The first time we were never refunded and waiting to see if it will happen again this time. Teenagers who work here do not care and no attention to detail.

I recently visited Jinya with friends last weekend, and while the ambiance was cool, the dim lighting made it difficult to read the menu. We ordered a variety of items including Jinya pork bun, impossible bun, crispy chicken, spicy chicken ramen, and Jinya chicken ramen, but unfortunately, none of them lived up to our expectations. It seemed like it might not have been their best day as the food was not satisfying at all. The service was decent, although the waitress seemed rushed despite the lack of many customers. Compared to other ramen restaurants in Overland Park, I had higher hopes for Jinya, but unfortunately, there is a lot of room for improvement in all aspects of the dining experience.
