Pues en esta ocacion no fue buena experiencia el dulce estaba duro la apariencia no es la misma jamas. Es una pena que cambien la calidad de los productos. He notado que la victrina le da rayo de sol que no favorece.

Do not miss this unassuming food trailer on the side of PR-2 in Hatillo. Their amazing artisan bread and baked goods are freshly made with love each day. Excellent coffee. Large portion sizes for the price. I suggest trying the Bori ham and grilled cheese, the breakfast sandwich and make sure you go early so you can grab one (or, in my case-two) of their giant chocolate chip cookies-they are legendary.

Es un sitio con un servicio y comida espectacular. Nos sirvieron muy amablemente y rápido, mucho más rápido de lo que esperaba. Ésta vez pedimos pancakes y tostadas francesas. Yo pedí las "banana foster french toasts" y wow. Estaban riquísimas con guineo caramelizado por todas partes, combinado con las nueces y el caramelo sabían precisamente a un banana foster. Probé el "carrot cake pancake" y el pancake se podía comer solito sin los toppings. Blandito y esponjoso, y con los toppings de queso crema y nueces estaba espectacular. Todo esto con una porción más que generosa. Tengo que mencionar el café... excelente 👌🏻. ¿Les dije que ellos hacen sus propios panes? De show. Mi único problema es que está cerca de la carretera y es un espacio abierto, yo digo que necesita un poquito de música para amortiguar el escándalo de los carros y camiones.
It's a place with spectacular food and service. They were very friendly and served us pretty fast, faster than I expected. This time we ordered pancakes and french toasts. I ordered the "banana foster french toasts" and wow. They were delicious with the caramelized bananas all over the place, combined with the nuts and caramel they tasted just like a banana foster. I also tasted the "carrot cake pancakes" and it seriously could be eaten with no toppings at all. Soft and spongy, and with the cream cheese and nuts it was spectacular. All this with a very generous portion. I have to mention the coffee... excellent 👌🏼. Did I mention they bake their own breads? Oh yeah, great. My only problem is that it is close to the street and it is an open space, I would say that it needs a little bit of music to distract from the noise of the cars and trucks.
