Like other reviews, not sure what the hype is. The burrito wasn’t terrible but it lacked flavor and taste like jus a plain burrito. With so many other options in the area and for the price, I’d go elsewhere. The staff was very friendly though! They just need some help with improving their food a bit.

Dont want to be that guy but what can i say. When you feel a specific way about the energy, it sort of is what it is. The food is decent. The service is selective and depends on who you are. I wont go back.

First, my credentials: I'm old, 70+. I grew up in New Mexico, and I've been eating burritos for 70 years. I'm definitely a Hatch Chile snob. My wife and I moved around a lot for my job as an aerospace engineer. We have eaten burritos in every state and in some European countries (I don't recommend English burritos). 😎
The Smothered Green Chile Pork Burrito I just finished from Jus Burritos is permanently on my Top 10 Burritos list. This bad boy featured the green chile - DELICIOUS. I love the taste of great chile. All the other ingredients were there in the appropriate way - perfectly cooked pork, the correct amount of well spiced beans (beans should be background to a great burrito), nice molten cheese, and a very tasty tortilla. The smothering green chile sauce made my green chile snob taste buds smile. The sauce might have been a notch too watery, but maybe that's a good thing when I was licking the bowl. 😋
One last thing, before writing this review, I read some of the other reviews. Most people thought this place was great, but a disturbing few had a bad experience. So, I promise to update this review soon to calibrate the variability - I'm an engineer, that's how we roll. I'd say I'm taking one for the team, BUT hey, that burrito is on my Top 10 list. 🤓

It's a walk up and you got to eat outside on the tables by the street, no place to eat inside. The prices are good but everything's heated up in the microwave and my food was half cold on the inside when I got it.
The flavor was good it wasn't hot and I think you could do better someplace else unfortunately. Not my favorite place and I Won't Go Back.. The staff is not overly friendly and we seemed like we were Interruption to their day.

I was disappointed today. I usually like this place a lot. I ordered a sausage breakfast buritto today. Worst one I ever got there. Potatoes were all in one end eggs all in other end. Not many eggs at all and not
much sausage either! To make it even worse the flour tortilla had like a burn tear right in the middle and the food was falling out. Very messy to try to eat. The potatoes were way too mushy too! Worst
experience today! Don't know when I will come back.

I'm so confused as to how this place has such a high rating. As a Latina, I'm always looking for a good breakfast burrito. This is NOT the place. Their green Chile had NO flavor. The bacon was stretchy and soft and the potatoes tasted like they were cooked with no seasoning. This burrito looks delicious. The chile looks like it would taste incredible, but I took 2 bites and didn't even bother to finish it, it was that gross.
The concept and ordering process is awesome. Maybe their other burritos are better, but the breakfast ones are flat out disgusting! And I have Never gotten a smothered deluxe burrito anywhere with a handful of diced raw onions on top. I didn't read the description on the menu and had to pick them all off so heads up to anyone that doesn't like cold raw onions on hot burrito!

These are my favorite Breakfast Burritos I've had (so far. Couple others on the list still) in CO. Amazing burritos (I prefer the Pork) and really, really good green chili. Usually pretty busy and the line out the door. Know it's good if that is the case.

Good burritos, but doesn’t help to call ahead here, they don’t start till you’ve waited in a long line, so not worth calling if you in a hurry. Santiago’s burritos always has my bag waiting ready for me… If you have bad knees, not a place you would want to be waiting and standing, no drive thru options, no room to stand, some patrons waited outside. No wheelchair room, no line cables , no signs … Customers direct new arrivals of where the line is… My wife enjoys the burritos but sends me to deal with the pain of getting one… I’m sure time of day plays a roll, it’s unfortunate, The owner is missing out on a lot of potential. I agree with the previous review, they really are not too friendly.

Such a cool little stop for a morning or lunch burrito. I had the sausage smothered green chilli burrito and it was fantastic. Large enough to fill up a hungry blue collar worker for about $10, but not so big you need a nap afterwards. I wish they were open longer for late lunches, and I wish they had additional hot sauces to put on their burritos. I will be back to try all their other burritos!

I got a bacon smothered burrito. It was good but $10.27 good nope. Too many other breakfast burrito options and cheaper.
Parking is a joke there too.
