I love nothing more than an Indian Buffet! this one is unusual as they also have a few Chinese dishes. The food is on the low end of what yo'd expect at these places. Americanized Indian food: * The ubiquitous Chicken Tikka Masala - 3/4" cubes of chicken in red creamy gravy with no discernable spices. * The Lamb/Mutton/Goat curry - why do they always leave the bones in? Anyway, I went in with a large party (team building, State Workers) at 12:00 midday and filled my plate. I have to say that, at best, the food without exception was LUKE-WARM. It tasted ok, but Hot Buffet food should be, well HOT and this was tepid. I checked when I got home and all hot buffet items should be at a fixed 140 degrees F I mentioned it to two of the staff and they fobbed me off with sometihing along the lines of 'it's a cold day' As I said, the food was ok but when you bite into a fish pakora and the fish inside the batter is cold - you have a problem.
