I was a weekly summer customer, monthly in the winter season, but I will not be returning. I got a bad batch of ice cream, no peanut butter in the in the Revel ice cream, that was always full of peanut butter on my previous visits. So I know what to expect. Immediately brought this up to management, who promised to look into the problem. There was never any follow-up. This tells me that the customer does not matter. Since I do not matter, Katie's Korner does not either. I will take my business elsewhere, even if it means driving a little further.
