I ordered a birthday cake for my wife and arraigned to pick up on Saturday. When I arrived there were a few people in the bakery. I waited for someone to acknowledge me however that didn't happen, but when i saw another person come in after me I asked for the manager to cancel my order. The manager was so kind to me as we spoke in calm voices about my displeasure, she really de-escalated the situation by taken my mind off of the dissatisfaction I harbored in a very short time. I wanted to commend her for excellent customer experience during our encounter. Thank you!
