We stopped at this KFC yesterday evening and it was a horrible experience. We waited in the car for a long time and was given a wrong order which was worth less than half what we paid for. We went to the window and told the young employee that it wasn't our order, they took it away and said we have not paid for two of the sandwiches and we paid again, after a while brought another order. When we looked inside, there was no reciept and I checked my bank app to see how much I was charged and realized it was too much in comparison to what I ordered and what was in the packet. I walked to the window for a 3rd time and asked for a receipt, they checked my receipt, order and payment and apparently they mistakenly enterd 2 meals instead of two buckets for me and then very conveniently forgot to put the 4 drinks and 4 fries (that I didn't want at all but because of their mistake, have already paid for). At the end, I realized that the 2 sandwiches, were also paid for in the first order(because I ordered them from the beginning) but they charged me twice for them. So, we went home with 23 euro paid above our order, with 4 drinks and 2 small boxes of curry chicken or smt, 4 fries that we absolutely didn't want and without 2 extra sandwiches (that they charged me twice for and we only realized later when I didn't want my hungry kids in the car to wait for a 4th argument with the ignorant employees at the window).
People, always ask for a receipt and check your order, don't trust them.

The. food was really great when we eventually got it. The store and toilets were however a mess. No water or paper in the ladies toilets. The floors, tables and chairs were dirty and tacky with food lying all over the place in the dining area. Messy patrons maybe but the cleanliness should be monitored continuously. Maybe we arrived at a bad time. I worked for KFC in th 70's and if the area manager visited the store and it was slightly messy he would close it immediately go away and give us an hour to get it back to standard. The hour would be docked from our wages. Please make a point of keeping your store presentable. I saw many unhappy patrons. I have never seen a KFC in South Africa in such a bad state. Thanks again for the well prepared meal.

I am, seriously, never going back to a KFC again. They said you could choose non-disposable dishes and pay a deposit, which i did. The staff forgot the non disposable part so i had to remind them and then they told me it was only the cup, so everything else is disposable, which is ridiculous. After my meal i waited in line for 15 minutes to see someone who could give me my deposit back, except i didn't get it back, i got a QR code telling me to download an app in order to get it back. So not only do they not care about the environment, they steal money from you and if you want it back you have to give your personal data to a random app. Beautiful. When i go to a normal restaurant or to a festival i don't have to pay for the plates to be environment-friendly and if i give a deposit they give it back to me in money. So as i said, never going to the KFC brand again.

We had the boneless bucket to go. We received our delivery quite quick and luckily it was all warm when we arrived home.
The chicken was quite nice and crispy. I had a lot worse at the KFC in the city center years ago which stopped me from trying KFC for a long time. Now we will probably get takeout here more often.

This is literally the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. The restaurant was dirty. The staff was completely incompetent. The food was cold. Never again. After waiting over 20 minutes for our order it just disappeared from the screen and they said: well. We can’t make you order because we don’t have your food. Then it took them another 10 minutes to get the order together.

Great quality KFC with extras that you won’t find downtown: they give you large straws for the milkshakes, they offer extra bacon for burgers, and they offer whipped cream for shakes.
