I just got home from placing order in drive thru. And again I think missing $16.00 worth of food. I am so annoyed and calling there has been a nightmare as well. It says call is being transferred to a manager and it hangs up on you. I'll never get from here again! Last time I was missing 1 item now 3. No, the lady who took my order today was actually very nice, I got a four piece and tbh only two pieces were actually decent. I THINK FOR THE PRICE THEY NEED TO GIVE BIGGER PORTIONS. Mash potatoes were super small im pretty sure they downgraded and cole slaw which noone ever rlly likes had such a huge portion.. they def need to balance out the food better. WORKERS EXTREMELY NICE FOOD PORTIONS NOT SO MUCH.. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Not bad. Crew were fast and courteous. Didn't feel like there was any discontent. Decent food, order wasn't messed up. The fries are "meh" but that's on KFC, not the particular store. Overall not bad. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Twice this place gave me the wrong order. Once I ordered all thighs they gave me all drum sticks the other time I ordered all thighs, they gave me backs, brests and drum sticks. Go figure. 11/11/2023 this time I ordered all thighs, they gave me 6 thighs and two drum sticks in stead of 8 thighs which I ordered, I paid $32.00 like that wasn't enough. (Chingy real Chingy) that's strike three there out of my business. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They have the absolute best pot pies going! The crust is so flaky. I actually eat the crust on top before I eat any of the rest of the pie. Normally on something like that I would probably throw the top crust out because it's usually gummy. But not here at KFC. It is really to die for! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I just had the most awful experience at a KFC in my entire life I ordered about $20 worth of food pulled up to the window at 9:20 pm the lady took my card and charged it and then proceeded to tell me that they were out of all food and had nothing to offer me .I then ask the lady why she would charge my card if she had no food or anything available and she looked me dead in the face and said she didn't know they ran out of food?????? How do you not know you're about to run out of food??? I then asked why did no one mention they were running out of food when I placed my order and the woman then handed me a cash refund and then slammed the window on me she did not seem to care at all. I understand it may not be the best job but at least show some empathy.

This visit was pretty decent. Ordered a 16 piece chicken to-go (thighs and drumsticks only). They had to cook a fresh batch but service was very friendly. My daughter and I got drinks and sat around and waited and chit chatted for a little bit. Can't complain at least I know the chicken was fresh and they got my order correct!

Usually very happy here. We stop in roughly once a week. We get 5 dollar fill ups. Today I was particularly hungry. So I got the 2 PC to get more chicken. After handing us the tray, i got a tiny wing and small things so less checked than the 5 dollar fill up. Went and asked about it. They took the tiny piece off of my tray put it back in the oven to be served and gave me another small piece. ( I believe that was the manager also that did this) Also had a couple other mistakes on order. I understand having a rough day but it was not busy inside. Poor quality and service today.
