Ordered the 3 chicken strip meal and it looked like a kiddie meal the chicken strips were so small and when I showed the kfc employee all he could say was they are all small. I also ordered the chicken nuggets bowl it wasn't the best tasting bowl 🍵 be had bland and an astronomical amount of corn in it, service and quality is definitely not a priority here. Was told my coupon was wrong and they wouldn't honor it. Said they didn't have to if the coupon was wrong. Manager lady that I talk to was rude and straight up ignorant. Called their customer service number and I still haven't heard back from them. Coupon wasn't wrong either. The KFC in Monee honored the coupon and that manager said that there was nothing a wrong with the coupon. Hopefully ill get a call back from them now. Highly doubt it though.
