Fast service, but the crew needs to be nicer to their customers and need to advertise to our Susanville public that they DO NOT EXCEPT ANY KFC COUPONS!!

Ordered 4 drums/sticks with extra crispy recipe. Came to pick up and they said they don't have what I ordered - no dark meat, and only original recipe.
