Food was amazing, good size portions. The service was fast and efficient, and very friendly. Being this was my first time here they were very helpful with recommendations and providing us with options. I dont give reviews on many resturants, however Kona Grill Gilbert has to be the worst in all of Arizona. My family (4) had the worst experience and meal in about a decade. I knew I should of left as soon as I noticed 3 other familes get up and leave after just ordering soft drinks. Lets start with my 11 year olds kid pizza. Very bland and tasted like plato. My sons 43 dollar steak and fries had no taste and was over cooked (see picture) and felt it was reheated rather then cooked. Now my fish and chips takes the show. (See picture) This was 37 dollars. Now you may ask well you ordered the fish. Yes but i did not expect a school lunch fish chips to show up at my table. I was expecting a big piece of fish as EVERYONE knows normal fish and chips run you around 13 to 18 in the area after researching this. Now my wifes french dip and mac and cheese was amazing and she loved it. This place is way over priced and you do not get quality food or portions for your meal.
