The food is the saving grace here. We have not been disappointed by the food. However the last two times we dined there have been.... something else. We went the week between Christmas and New Year's, and were greeted by a girl in a shirt I can only best describe as nearly a bandeau top. While she had the body for a very minimal top, perhaps a restaurant in the winter is not the best time to have your midsection out and bare shoulders? It just wasn't a very "come eat here" look. Then we received the special drink menu, 3/4's of which were not available. The next visit was this past weekend. Again, the food? Fantastic. The service? Nearly 20 minutes for anyone to come take our drinks and order. The restaurant was NOT busy at all. We literally watched the person who ended up being our server walk by numerous times. So we hit the little help button thing to make the tablet flash on our table. Figuring someone would come. We had a nice view of the kitchen staff standing around (which is fine considering the food was STILL fantastic), but watching people stand around while you and your family aren't being acknowledged is cruddy. The guy who took our order was nice enough. Spoke barely above a whisper, but can't say he was rude or anything. Then we watched as a used napkin from a previous table was on the floor. And everyone that worked there, just continually walked past it. Some kicking it while walking by. It was an interesting visit to say the least. We will definitely go back... just with very low expectations on the "service" part of dining out. The moment i stepped in to dine with Kona Grill the hostess Kimberly brought us into her warm welcoming atmosphere which was her service. She was full of good vibes and made sure our every need was taken care of with a smile! Kimberly brought nothing but the best to our table and every table she was attending. Management needs to take note of the impressive work she does out there. Food was amazing and speed of service was impeccable, I will be dining again! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have been to the establishment two times and I must say, that my favorite part of coming here is the happy hour selection. I love variety and we order almost everything on the happy hour menu. My waitress LuzMary was very delightful. She was very attentive and friendly. She came over and greeted us no more than minutes after being seated. Literally in awe with the experience of going here, The food was so delicious had me full till next week, the customer service was amazing everyone was so kind I felt like a kid going over to my best friend’s house it was miraculous. Let’s not forget the look and the aesthetic of the restaurant I wanted to fall asleep I felt so cozy and safe in there and honestly I can’t wait to take my friends back this summer so I can make some good and amazing memories with them. I never EVER right reviews but I absolutely had too for this place because they 1000% deserve all the praise. Went for my wife’s birthday and ended up having one of the best times. Food was amazing and our server Brittany was absolutely flawless. The best service I’ve had at a restaurant in a very long time. I’m a huge fan of the potstickers!!! My mouths watering just thinking of them. We will definitely be back and definitely will be asking for Brittany again!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

She was very attentive, hospitable, made my girlfriend and I feel welcomed and taken care of, which was kind of her to do to go the extra mile. My partner and I used to get food here all the time, so I didn’t think I’d have a bad experience. Decided to order from here yesterday, asked for a well done burger and got this instead.
