Went to have lunch on opening day of Lilias Cuban Cafe at Korean Dad’s and it was everything we needed and more! Solid Cuban food in Bangor that we will drive up for whenever possible! Definitely worth checking out!

It's so nice to see this concept that Korean Dad has started to bring in more diverse foods. I've been coming back over and over again because I feel like I'm getting a piece of a country I've been meaning to visit for quite some time now. Their Bulgogi, Kdogs, kimchi, Jjapaguri, everything is just so wholesome and delicious. The owners are so kind and I truly appreciate how they spread love through their culinary arts. I've been here several times over the past year or so. It's always worth the trip. The Beef Bulgogi is always a solid choice here, and it's exciting to see what each week will bring.

Sweet potato noodle dish was SO delicious - great textures and flavors. Beef bulgogi - YUM. Really loved the perfectly cooked veggies in each. And the dumplings were so crisp and flavorful! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Update: I have eaten here twice now and both times very good. Excited to try more! I've ordered from Korean Dad once, so far. I ordered tteokbokki, beef bulgogi with rice and red bean donuts. The tteokbokki was delicious and doesn't skimp on the heat. The bulgogi was savory and good and the donuts had a nice filling, not too sweet, and a great texture, chewy and crispy. I'll definately order again and encourage anyone else looking for something outside the usual New England fare available throughout Maine, order from Korean Dad. This place is wonderful!! The owners were friendly and accommodating (order ahead of time, they have limited supplies) and each dish was incredible. Don’t skip dessert!
