You can share nicely cooked chicken, onion burgers and sandwiches with your friends and have a nice time here. This fast food is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Expect the spectacular atmosphere at Krystal. But this place hasn't achieved a high rating from Google users.

I love Krystal’s but our local one sucks. Service is bad 5 years running. Told the DM. His response? Well we’re making more money than ever. (I.e. screw you). Last visit they give my total as $7.76. At the window they ask for $7.76. Then they charge me $8.19 and point to a sign saying the extra is for using a credit card. I refused the food and got my money back. Never going here again. Just to follow up on Krystal’s “concerned” reply to my post. I went back three weeks later and nothing has been done to fix the issue. You will be overcharged for all credit transactions. …. Gotta change my review to three stars and give credit where it’s due. Krystal’s fixed this credit card nonsense! Kudos Krystal’s for doing the right thing!

I don't know if they can't keep workers, are understaffed, but the last wo times we went to Krystal Burger in Brooklhaven,, MS, we were the only ones in the parking lot and had to wait 13 minutes for a sackful of krystals. The last 2 times! We drive from McComb, MS to Krystal Burger just for these hamburgers as my husband loves them. But having to wait, at 1:oo pm, no one there but us, makes me wonder why? Good afternoon I visited your 1045 Ellis Ave, Jackson, MS 39209 location while visiting from Texas. I always make sure the first thing I do when visiting my family is to stop at Krystal’s when I enter Mississippi. I ordered a Krystal’s 12 pack with cheese at the drive thru and asked for no onions due to my daughter and I having a severe allergy. When I received my food, all of the burgers had onions on them. I went inside to ask for a new order with no onions. I was told by an associate that “it’s too bad because all of the burgers are cooked with onions.” I’ve never heard of this before and have always ordered my burgers from Krystal’s with no onions. When I asked for a refund, I was told that a refund couldn’t be given and that I would have to order food to cover what I spent on the previous order. I find this extremely unacceptable. I assume this location doesn’t make fresh food? And why was I not able to receive my money back then? I’ve been a fan of this chain since I was child, but I see I’m going to have to let go of my routine visits. Terrible service and excuses. I hope to receive an email or phone call regarding receiving my money back or I’ll just call my bank to reverse the charge. I’ll also be sure to leave a review regarding my experience. Thank you.
