Not there. Said it was open until 8:30, drove 20 minutes to an empty dirt parking lot at 7pm. Bummed. Waste of gas, time.

Stopped here on a road trip to Cathedral Gorge State Park. Was afraid I had to resort to dehydrated food given the lack of restaurants around. Another food truck to the rescue! I thoroughly enjoyed the tacos while looking at my Taco(ma) at the campground. It was really good. Good Mexican food. Open in evenings but check Facebook for location on the day you want to go. Our first time visit. Would like to go back to explore the menu. Carne asada tacos excellent. Carne asada fries cooled off too much on the 10’ trip back to camp to be excellent. I’d try the tostadas on the next trip. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
