Recently went thru and it has been a good experience. Their lattes are refreshing choices and I do enjoy their croissants as well. Some orders got mixed up otherwise it would be a great review. Will definitely revisit as time allows. I would recommend a visit to everyone who enjoys good coffee and snacks. I love this establishment, but I really don’t like this particular location. If I’m ordering pick up, there should at least be a separate window so I don’t have to wait in a long line just to get my order. I just wanted to say that Aston is one of the sweetest and friendliest workers ever!!!! He was very patient when me and my friends were trying to order and went above & beyond with customer service!! I also work in the food industry and he did an incredible job!!! I tried the strawberry chai and it was amazing!!! I have also tried the avocado toast and it is sooo delish!!! I will def be going back for their pink cup day on the 14th!! LaLaLand, keep up the good work!! :) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Worst customer service on a Sunday night Not busy at all only person at the window. Had my drink sitting for 10 minutes because they were too distracted giggling and talking behind the kitchen I was standing outside the window just looking at my drink when the dude working finally comes out and asks me if i needed anything until i reminded him..
