I have given this place a good rating in the past, because I had great service with Graham. Tonight was another story. I ran a $200 tab, for just myself.. and the bartender, knowing that I worked in the service industry, put gratuity on my tab. Not only does that tell me they don’t give af about their customers, it’s also is not standard practice. Gratuity is for parties of 6+. Not a single person. To be perfectly honest, she would have gotten a way bigger tip had she not done that. I still tipped on top, because it’s not like me to leave $0.. but I will be contacting the establishment tomorrow.. I expect a refund for the gratuity and will update with their response. Price per person $100+ Food: 3 Service: 1

This was my very 1st visit and I must say it was a very nice chill spot. The drinks, food, service and atmosphere was all great. I would recommend this place and I will come again. Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
