Peruvian and Spanish cuisines under the direction of the talented chef are wonderful here. You can always enjoy tasty shrimp ceviche, rotisserie chicken and grilled octopus - a special offer of this restaurant. Good panna cotta, gelato and bread pudding have a pleasant taste. The wine list is extensive, it can satisfy the needs of all visitors. Delicious lemonade, juice or tea are what may make you come back to Limón. The nice staff welcomes people all year round. The prompt service shows a high level of quality at this place. A lot of reviewers say that prices are average for what you get. There is a calm atmosphere and lovely decor at this spot. As for the Google rating, this restaurant received 4.4.

One of my favorite places to take business partners, friends and family when they come to town. This place fires on all cylinders when it comes to impressing with a punch. The food here is top notch with options that have a little extra zest to them. I have been to Limon here and Oakland many times and both have created very positive and energetic moods among my guests. Great restaurant in the heart of Walnut Creek. This place gets busy and i do recommend a reservation. The service is excellent, the hosting to the waiting staff with a cozy ambiance. . The Peruvian food is wonderful if you like to have a new flavor in your palette. You have seafood options and meat. The ceviche was one of my favorites with the full bar loved the smoked old fashion. Came here on a Saturday with a reservation at 445pm. The only other option we could find the day prior was at 8 pm. Service was very good and the atmosphere was very happening. Had empanadas as an appetizer, and they hit the spot, especially with the yellow sauce. The Lomo Saltado was very good, father in law had the Mariscos with Arroz, and he enjoyed how sizzling hot they were. Highly recommend the spicy green sauce. Tried the Lagarta beer and really liked it. Overall, it was an amazing place. The only downside is that it's rather expensive for the food. I would say easily 10% lower prices. Parking can be difficult on a busy night. Bathrooms were clean. Recommend this as a place to celebrate. Limon is notorious for not keeping reservations on time. We had to wait 30 minutes to be seated even though we had a reservation. I am always willing to give restaurants another chance but definitely a disappointment when after waiting to be seated late my food arrived and the fries in my meal were hard and dry. The ceviche mixto, Jalea and truffle Mac and cheese were decent meals. I don’t think I will be bringing any more friends here again. There’s no point in making reservations here if the reservations are not honored on time. Also note that this place is super loud so take that into consideration if you want to have a conversation with friends.
